What fabrics and colors are available for chair covers?

Our poly-cotton chair covers are available in white, ivory and black. Our new satin chair covers are pearl white. Our poly-cotton 'tie back' chair covers are white. Our poly-cotton folding chair covers are white and ivory.

What colors and fabrics are available for sashes?

We have an extensive selection of fabrics and colors. Sheer organzas and poly-cottons come in every color of the rainbow. Damask prints, 'pin tuck' and satins come in pastels and bold colors. The same holds true for our table linens and overlays, we have too many varieties to list.

What is the price for chair cover and table linen rental?

Our poly-cotton chair covers(for regular and folding chairs),with your choice of sash rents for $3.50 a chair. Our satin chair covers with your choice of sash rent for $4.50 a chair. Our tie-back chair covers rent for $4.00 a chair. Rental fees for table linens depend on which linens are chosen, and what sizes you need. Please call with your table dimensions and we will give you a price quote.

Do you charge a delivery or installation fee?

No, delivery and installation is included in the rental fee. However, if your reception facility requires a 'late-night' pick-up, meaning we must remove all linens after an evening reception, there is an additional $75 charge. Please verify your hall's policy.

How much of a deposit do I need to pay? I won't know my final count until 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

We require a 25% deposit to hold the date and materials. The deposit will be based on your 'best guess' of the number of guests. Two weeks prior to your wedding, we will call you for your final count, and adjust the remaining balance by how many linens or chair covers you will actually need.

We are on a budget, can we install the chair covers ourselves?

Yes, there is a .50 discount per chair if you do the install.

Do you rent napkins?

Yes, we have an extensive variety of napkins in several fabrics and colors. However, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for someone to fold them and set on the tables. Many times your hall will do this for you.

We are renting table linens and chair covers for a Saturday wedding, and the hall wants the table linens installed on Friday, but the chairs won't be set-up until Saturday. Is there an extra fee because you have to make two trips to install?

Yes, if the hall wants table linens installed a day before the chair covers, there is an additional $20 fee.

What time will you be at the hall to set-up?

Our policy is to call the hall 3 days prior to the event to find out when we can get in. There are many last minute bookings for luncheons, showers, and parties at reception facilities, so information obtained any earlier isn't always reliable.

Do you iron your chair covers and linens?

Yes, we take great pride in providing freshly washed and finely pressed linens and chair covers. We also take pride in carefully hand tying bows for your sashes. Our bows are always fluffy and nicely shaped.
